I am still building my website and setting it up to work with my CRM. My MBA was in Electronic Commerce Management, however, CRMs did not exist back then. I am not aware of any manual on how to make this work (correctly). It will before I am through with it. I am putting it together using videos by numerous other users. I thought I would have this operational late February. As slow as it is going, I am thinking end of May 2025.
