Coaching & Consulting Services

Due to the time and scheduling commitments involved, coaching and consulting fees are non-refundable once services have begun.
If you must reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting that session.

Workshops & Live Events

If you register for a live event or workshop and are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant or request credit toward a future event.
Refunds are not guaranteed for no-shows.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these terms.
